Delete Your Account

Use this page to request permanent deletion of your Multic account and the data associated with it. This applies to accounts created on iOS, Android, and the web.

Request account deletion

Submit the form below and we'll process your request. We may email you to verify ownership of the account before deleting it.

What gets deleted

When your deletion request is processed, we permanently remove:

  • Account information: Your email, username, display name, avatar, and password credentials
  • User content: Comics, stories, images, and other content you created, except content you published and shared that others may still reference
  • Profile and preferences: Settings and personalization tied to your account
  • Usage data linked to your identity: De-identified or aggregated analytics may be retained

What we may retain

After deletion, we retain a limited set of information only where required by law or for legitimate business purposes:

  • Transaction and billing records: Kept as required by tax and accounting laws
  • Legal and security records: Retained where necessary to comply with legal obligations or to prevent fraud and abuse

How long it takes

We process verified deletion requests within 30 days. Backups containing your data are purged on our normal backup rotation, typically within 90 days.

Deleting your account is permanent. If you purchased a subscription through the App Store or Google Play, please also cancel it in your device's subscription settings, as those purchases are managed by Apple and Google.
