By accessing or using Multic ("the Service"), including our website at multic.com, our mobile applications, and Multic Studio, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Multic is a platform that enables users to create, read, and share interactive comics and stories using AI-assisted tools. The Service includes:

  • AI-powered image generation for comic panels
  • Story creation and editing tools
  • Community features for sharing and discovering content
  • Mobile applications for reading and creating content

3. Account Registration

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
  • Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent to use the Service.

4. User Content

4.1 Ownership

You retain ownership of the original creative elements you contribute to your content. However, AI-generated images and content are subject to the terms of the underlying AI models used to create them.

4.2 License to Multic

By submitting content to the Service, you grant Multic a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and distribute your content for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.

4.3 Content Guidelines

You agree not to create, upload, or share content that:

  • Is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or harassing
  • Contains explicit sexual content involving minors
  • Infringes on intellectual property rights of others
  • Contains malware or malicious code
  • Impersonates another person or entity
  • Violates any applicable laws or regulations

5. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate images and assist with content creation. You acknowledge that:

  • AI-generated content may not always meet your expectations
  • We do not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or appropriateness of AI outputs
  • You are responsible for reviewing and approving all AI-generated content before publishing
  • AI-generated content may be subject to additional terms from third-party AI providers

6. Credits and Payments

Certain features of the Service require credits or a paid subscription. By purchasing credits or subscribing:

  • You agree to pay all applicable fees
  • Credits are non-refundable except as required by law
  • Subscription renewals are automatic unless cancelled
  • Prices may change with reasonable notice

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and content (excluding user-generated content), is owned by Multic and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our written permission.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination:

  • Your right to use the Service will immediately cease
  • We may delete your account and content
  • Unused credits may be forfeited

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MULTIC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on the Service and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
